Who can become a Croma E-Star?

Any Person, who:

  • Wants to become an exclusive dealer of Croma - A TATA Product
  • Is interested and enthusiastic about doing a long-term electronics business
  • Has a working capital of ₹6-10 Lakhs to invest and is GST registered

Qualification criteria

  • Place an order of Croma-A TATA product worth ₹1.5 Lakhs per month for 3 months
OR
  • Place an order of ₹.4.5 Lakhs worth of Croma-A TATA product, at once
  • The Pincode of the dealer should be serviceable by Croma
  • No other existing E-Star present in the same taluka

After becoming an E-Star, minimum orders of ₹.3 Lakhs worth of Croma products per month

    After completing the form, dedicated Croma officials will reach out to you via the phone number provided for further discussions regarding proceeding with the partnership.

  2. I already have a business in another category but want to start an electronic business too. Can I still be a part of Croma's E-Star Program?

    Certainly! Feel free to reach out to us by filling out the form, and we will promptly get back to you.

  3. Is GST mandatory?

    Yes, GST is mandatory for both GST billing and to avail finance services. If you don't have GST, you can apply for it and still conduct business with us.

  4. Do I have to deposit or pay any franchise fee before starting the business?

    No, there are no fees or deposits charged. However, a working capital of 6-10 Lakhs is required to purchase the stock of Croma products.

  5. I don't have any electronics product knowledge, but I'm a business enthusiast and interested in being part of the program. Can I still apply?

    Certainly! Croma offers well-planned training at the nearby Croma store for all E-Stars by Sales experts. You will receive comprehensive training on product knowledge, service, delivery, and sales techniques. We also conduct regular online training sessions to ensure that our dealers stay up-to- date.

  6. I have filled out the form. What if my pincode/location is not serviceable by Croma?

    If your pincode or location is not serviceable by Croma, you will receive an email notification from us. We understand that this can be disappointing, but rest assured, we continuously work to expand our service areas and get back to you if there are any updates regarding the availability of our services in your area.

  7. How does warranty/Installation work for sold products?

  8. What should a dealer do if they receive damaged/defective products?

    Contact Croma's support number (1800-57-27662 / 040- 4651 7910) or email customersupport@croma.com for necessary checks and replacements.

  9. What happens if incorrect details are filled in the Warranty/Installation Form?

    Incorrect details might hinder registration for installation requests or warranties. Forms need to be accurately filled with complete and correct information.
